Pouring mould to produce soaps. Length of the soap 12cm, weight 70g. If you fill these two part moulds, there will run some of the material in the free room between the moulds. Dont fill the mould too full, and press the moulds together for some seconds. This will reduce the thickness of the seam. Cut the block of soap into small pieces. Melt in a double boiler. Heat indirectly in a bath of hot water. The optimum pouring temperature for soap is app. 60 C. At a temperature of 180 Celsius soap smoke starts buirning by itself. Sopa also can be melted by microwaves. Use short time intervalls, to avoid overheating and burning!!
